TITLE IX TRAININGS
AUGUST 2020 TITLE IX ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM TRAINING:
K-12 Title IX coordinator/administrator training by Bricker & Eckler
This advanced-level virtual training course is developed specifically for K-12 administrators to help them better understand their school’s obligations under Title IX. Topics include how school discipline processes intersect with Title IX, handling requests for confidentiality, policy considerations and the formal grievance process under the new 2020 Title IX regulations.

Title IX investigator training by Bricker & Eckler
This advanced-level virtual training course takes a deeper dive into the formal grievance process, including the mechanics of conducting an investigation. This session includes interactive training with a discussion of real-world scenarios.
