Yellow Springs Schools released on Thursday, November 17, the district’s first ever Quality Profile, designed to give parents and community members a look at a variety of benchmarks to illustrate the performance of our schools.

“At every turn, we encourage our students to be “Fearless Thinkers,” boldly exploring outside-the-box ideas as solutions to the complex and exciting questions they answer in their project-based learning work,” said Superintendent Mario Basora. “As a district and a community, we set the example of being ‘Fearless Thinkers’ by consistently and objectively evaluating the performance of our school system, and always striving for growth and improvement.”
Our Quality Profile goes beyond test scores and letter grades to provide parents and community members with information about how the district is progressing toward the objectives laid out in the 2020 Strategic Plan, the guide for Yellow Springs Schools to meet the needs of current and future students.
