Mrs. Horvath grew up in Beavercreek and graduated from Beavercreek High School. She then attended Wright State University where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in Mathematics and Language Arts. After finishing her Bachelor's degree, Mrs. Horvath substitute taught for a year before returning to Wright State and completing her Master's in Education. Since finishing her Master's, she has spent 4 years teaching math to both 7th and 8th graders. She then had the opportunity to work as the Dean of a Dayton area Middle School. Math has remained a passion of hers, and Mrs. Horvath is thrilled to be in the classroom teaching math again.
